You can view the log of disposition. To do so, navigate to LOGS > SYSTEM LOG.

You could also filter by privilege or by user, but for this scenario we will use None.

Calls and Dispositions in the Last hour

Select the (Calls And Dispositions) radio button, pick an Interval, by default (Last hour) is selected, then click on (Generate Log).

This will generate the disposition log for the last hour, and will be displayed in the Call Count Per Campaign and Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section.

In the Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section, if we click on the Count number, we can see the Date & Time, what number made a call, what number was called and the name of the disposition. This section also lists the dispositions and the disposition count as well.

Calls and Dispositions for Today

To view the Calls And Dispositions log for today, select the (Today) radio button then click on (Generate Log).

This will generate the calls and dispositions log for today, and will be displayed in the Call Count Per Campaign and Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section.

Calls and Dispositions from Yesterday

To view the calls and dispositions from yesterday, select the (Yesterday) radio button then click on (Generate Log).

This will generate the calls and dispositions log from yesterday, and will be displayed in the Call Count Per Campaign and Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section.

Calls and Dispositions from This week

To view the calls and dispositions from this week, select the (This Week) radio button then click on (Generate Log).

This will generate the calls and dispositions log from this week, and will be displayed in the Call Count Per Campaign and Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section.

Calls and Dispositions from This month

To view the calls and dispositions log for this month, select the (This Month) radio button then click on (Generate Log).

This will generate the calls and dispositions log from this month, and will be displayed in the Call Count Per Campaign and Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section.

Calls and Dispositions from Custom time-frame

To view the calls and dispositions for a customer time-frame, select the (Custom) radio button then click on (Generate Log). Below is an example of disposition logs from yesterday and today.

This will generate the calls and dispositions log from the custom time frame, and will be displayed in the Call Count Per Campaign and Calls Per user, Day and Campaign section.
