To have access to the DaFeeder, we require every accounts created to have a unique username as well as secure password. For security purposes, we encrypt and store all the passwords but unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve the original un-encrypted password. Thus, when a agent or a representative forget his/her password, they will have to reset it either by contacting MeloTel Support or they are able to do so themselves.
Two ways to reset and change your password without having to contact MeloTel Support:

Method 2 - Updating Password from User Profile
The second method to modify your existing password is through the DaFeeder after having logged in. After logging in, go to the profile management tab from the dashboard by clicking on the User icon.
In the subsequent window, the agent is able to manually change his password by confirming his old password and entering the new desired password as shown below.
