The Reports option allows you to export various reports describing the status, progress, dispositions and several information about different leads of a campaign. The table below describes the various report that you can download:


Title

Description

Export AllExport .csv file which list all the leads in the campaign with their respective lead ID

Status

Export .csv file that lists the leads in the campaign and sorts the leads based on their status: Open, In Progress or Closed

Column includes Status

In Progress

Export .csv file which lists the leads that are in progress and will provide information on the callback type (public or private), callback By/For, and also the scheduled callback time

Column includes Callback Type, Callback Schedule At, Callback By and Callback For

Event

Export .csv file which lists all the leads in the campaign with the last 3 calls/dispositions set

Column includes Disposition At, Disposition, Disposition By and Note

Appointments

Export .csv file which lists all the leads in the campaign along with the last 10 calls/dispositions set.

Column includes Disposition At, Disposition, Disposition By and Note

Today

Export .csv file which lists all the leads that have been action today displaying the last 10 calls/dispositions set.

Column includes Disposition At, Disposition, Disposition By and Note

Yesterday

Export .csv file which lists all the leads that have been action yesterday displaying the last 10 calls/dispositions set

Column includes Disposition At, Disposition, Disposition By and Note


To download a report, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to CAMPAIGNS  > LIST CAMPAIGNS.

The CAMPAIGNS page will be displayed.

2.  Click (in the row of the campaign of which you wish to export.

A drop-down list will be displayed.

3.  Click the required report type. 

The selected report will be exported and saved in the default downloads folder of your system.
