Do Not Call
The Do Not Call section displays a list of numbers that users have set as DNC (Do Not Call). This means an Agent cannot call within Dafeeder a number set as DNC even if the lead was fed or searched.
There is an option to also prevent Agent calling a DNC number outside Dafeeder, and we will explain this on point 5 Setting Section
To configure Do Not Calls, follow the steps given below:
Navigate to Controls > Do Not Calls
The Do Not Calls page will display
Overview Section
Displays all the numbers that have been set as DNC in Dafeeder.
It will sort by recently added DNC, or you can search a specific number by using the Search engine on the right side.
You can also show set the amount of DNC number (10, 25, 50 or 100) per page, using the Show drop down section on the left side
You can delete a DNC number by clicking on Delete. This will remove the number from the DNC list and allow it to be called

Source | The disposition source that was used to add the number to DNC |
By User | The User name who added the number to DNC |
Synced At | If the Syncing is enabled, it will display the date and time from when the DNC number got sync with the VoIP Control Panel DNC list. |
Added At | The date and time when the DNC number was added |
Create Section
Allow you to manually enter a number to the DNC list.
Enter the number you wish to set as DNC and click on Add Do not call
Import Section
Allow you to import a .csv file with a list of numbers to be set as DNC.
Click on Browse… and select the .csv file you wish to upload. Once the file is selected, click on Import
Please make sure the uploaded .csv file only contains a single column, all columns containing a phonenumber with a length of 10 or 11 (special characters such as dashes, brackets, dots are allowed). All phonenumbers will be imported in a 10 number length format.
Setting Section
Update the setting section if you wish for Dafeeder DNC to sync with our VoIP Panel DNC list.
This means if the syncing is enabled, every number that is added to Dafeeder DNC will automatically be updated to your organization outgoing routing group. Essentially preventing an Agent to call the specific number outside Dafeeder (manually dialing the number from the phone/Click2call/MiniSIP)
After enabling Syncing, select the Routing Group that you wish to add Dafeeder DNC number to.
Click on Update to save settings
