In this section you can manage the different campaigns that have been uploaded to the DaFeeder. Following the addition of a campaign and after assigning agents to that campaign, you can return to it, modify and manage the campaign at a later time.
The management of campaigns is done under Campaigns → List Campaigns. You will see a window similar to the one below with the different options to modify the campaign.
The table below summarizes the different columns in the view:

The Top Up option allows you to add more leads to an existing campaign. Selecting this option will prompt to upload a .csv file which will subsequently add further leads to the campaign.
Note:- When topping up the campaign, make sure that the columns of the uploaded file matches the one used to originally create the campaign.
When you recycle a campaign, you have the option to select which disposed leads to recycle from that campaign. For instance, you can recycle all leads that have been dispositioned as No Answer and the affected leads will all go back to being in an "untouched" state.
