Sending Email from SMS Chat

You can send email to individuals contact as long the contact have an email address entered.

To send email to a contact, follow the steps given below.

1. Navigate to SMS Chat.
   The SMS Chat page will be displayed.

2. Select the contact you wish to send an email from the SMS chat list on the left side.
   The selected contact details will be displayed on the right side.

3. Select Send Email () option.
   The Send Email page will be displayed.

4. Enter the email address you want to send the email from in the From text entry box

5. The email address from the contact will be defaulted in the To text entry box

6. Enter the email address to CC the email in the CC(optional) text entry box

7. Enter the email address to CC the email in the BCC(optional) text entry box

8. Enter the email address for which you wish to receive a reply to in the Reply To text entry box

9. Enable/Disable the Request Read Receipt, this will send a request read receipt when email is sent. However, this does not always get added and it depends greatly on the different email servers.

10. Click Browse(optional) to upload a file in the File Attachment section

11. Enter a subject for your email in the Subject text entry box

12. Enter the email body in the Body text entry box

13. Click Send
    The email will be sent to the contact you selected.
