You can delete a contact that is no longer used in the system. To delete a contact, follow the steps given below.

  1. Navigate to SMS Chat.
    The SMS Chat page will be displayed.

     

  2. Select the contact you wish to delete from the SMS chat list on the left side. This will also delete the contact from your list, removing them from receiving further messages from your marketing campaigns.
    The selected contact details will be displayed on the right side.

  3. Select Delete Contact () option.
    The message box asking you to confirm the deletion of the contact will be displayed.

     

  4. Click OK.
    The selected contact will be removed from the list.
