The Hot Desking plugin allows agent to modify their extension number, when they change workstations, to make calls in DaFeeder from any of MeloTel's provided extensions.
When this plugin is enabled, immediately after logging into DaFeeder the agent will be prompted to set their extension number.
To view the Hot Desking plugin, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to SYSTEM > PLUGINS.
The Plugins page will be displayed.
