The Add Disposition section allows you to create as many dispositions as you wish to reflect on what happened during a call. A good disposition will have an appropriate name that describes what happened and what is to happen on that lead. To add a disposition, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > DISPOSITION.
The ADD DISPOSITION page will be displayed.
Refer to the table below for field descriptions:
Fields | Description |
Disposition Name | Refers to the name to describe the use of the action |
Action | Refers to the action to execute the lead after a disposition has been made |
Seen in Callback | Specifies whether or not the disposition will be available when the lead is fed back for callback. |
Conversion | Specifies whether or not selecting this disposition is considered as a sales conversion. |
2. Enter the name of disposition in the Disposition Name field.
3. Select the action, seen in callback and conversion of the disposition from the Action, Seen In Callback and Conversion fields respectively.
4. Click Add Disposition
The disposition will be added with its specific ID number and setup and displayed in the DISPOSITIONS section.
