The Lead Timeout is the period of time which a lead ownership will be released if the agent has not moved their mouse, clicked or had any activity on the Lead screen. Once the timeout occurs the user will be redirected to the blank 'Select a campaign and start feeding screen'.


The Dialing Number Threshold determines how long an agent must wait before attempting to call the same number again.


To configure SMTP settings, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to SYSTEM > SETTINGS.

The SYSTEM SETTINGS page will be displayed.



2.  Click the Feeding tab.



3.  Enter the required values for Lead Timeout and Dialling Number Threshold fields.

The Feeding settings will be updated.
