You can view the log of acknowledgements. To view acknowledgement log, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to Logs > System Log.
The TODAYS CALL LOG screen will be displayed.
2. Click ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS TODAY.
The Acknowledgement Log will be displayed.
