You can add a new user to DaFeeder using this option. To add a new user, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to SYSTEM > USERS.

2.  USER MANAGEMENT page will be displayed.



3.  In the Add User section, enter / select the required values for the fields. 


Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. 


Refer to the table below for field descriptions:


Field

Description

First Name

Refers to the first name of the user

Last Name

Refers to the last name of the user

Email

Refers to the email address of the user

Username

Refers to the username to be assigned to the new user. 

Recommended format for username is the first and last name with no space between. The input value can only contain alphanumeric characters. Example: stevemartin, morganfreeman, etc.

Password

Refers to the password of the user account. 

It is suggested to use a strong password with at least six characters that are a combination of letters in both uppercase and lowercase, numbers and symbols.

Slack User ID

Refers to the Slack ID of the user to which the user wants to receive slack notifications. To get a Slack ID or member ID navigate to the user's Slack Profile & Account >> More action >> Copy member ID.

Privilege

Refers to the level of access the user should be given. The available options are:

  • Caller: This is the values set by default. Limited settings privilege. The user will be able to make calls and can only see their own calendar
  • Manager: The user will be able to manage campaign settings (add and list campaign, and manage Provinces recording). The user can see other Caller Agents calendar.
  • Owner: The user will have full control in the DaFeeder and the user will be able to manage all campaign and system settings.

Language Barrier Queue

Specifies whether or not the user can speak in another language. if the User can speak in another language select YES. For more information, refer to Language Barrier Queue.

Extension Number

Refers to the extension number assigned to the user

Extension Password

Refers to the extension password of the user


4.  Click Add User.


The new user will be added.
