A plugin (or plug-in, add-in, addin, add-on, or addon) is a software component that adds a specific feature to an existing program. This guide will walk you thru the steps to managing the different Plugins inside the DaFeeder. You can find plugins by navigating to SYSTEM >> PLUGINS.

Activated Plugins

This section displays a list of plugins which are activated in your DaFeeder. It displayed the name of the plugin and it's current version.

Installed Plugins

This section shows your available plugins for DaFeeder and their status. This is where you choose to activate or deactivate a plugin on your DaFeeder. Each plugin contains an official name and a brief description.

Simply or according to your needs and finish by

  • Call Dispositions


    When activated, it gives the caller the ability to disposition a lead (Image #1) and see the previous disposition (Image #2) directly from the General Lead Information.

  • Formatting & Passwords Fields Plugin

    • Customized date format: this sets a specialized date format through the DaFeeder. So all exports and displays of dates are updated.
    • Visible password fields when adding/editing users: this makes it so that when you are editing a users password, you can view it as you type.
  • Hot Desking

This feature its useful for an Agent when he/she changes workstation or office, but still be able to make call on their extension.
When enabled, every time you log in to DaFeeder it will prompt you to set your extension like the image below

  • Melochenator Connect


Once Activated, navigate though System >> Settings and fill out the following information to connect the DaFeeder with the Melochenator

    • Melochenator URL: enter the web address from the specific Melochenator instance from your organization
    • API Key: enter the API Key for the Melochenator instance. This can be provided by the MeloTel Support Team
  • No Edit For Callers

Gives the ability or not to edit information from the General Lead Information
When its deactivated, the user can not edit any information from the lead.
When its activated, clicking the Empty section a edit window will pop up as the example below with Address 2
