The purpose of the calendar is to give the representative a visual display of their callbacks and easily retrieve the scheduled leads. This provides the representative an insight on what to expect on a particular day, thus one can plan ahead how to schedule the day ahead.
To access the calendar, select the calendar icon in the top right corner.
Upon entering the calendar, the current month is displayed by default along with any or all leads set as a Private Callback on their rightful dates with their scheduled times.
Depending on the type of user privilege viewing the calendar, it will change in appearance.
Adding events to the calendar
All events in the calendar are scheduled by setting a private callback.
Adding leads to the calendar can be found by reviewing Callbacks.

Privilege: Manager Calendar View
A manager inside the DaFeeder has the necessary privilege to view some of the agents' callbacks in their calendar provided that the agents are assigned to the manager. To assign an agent to a manager, follow the following documentation on User Management.
