You can view the log of acknowledgements. To do so, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to LOGS > SYSTEM LOG.
The TODAYS CALL LOG screen will be displayed.
2. To view acknowledgements log for the current day, click ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS TODAY.
The current day's acknowledgement log will be displayed in the Acknowledgement Log section.
3. To view the acknowledgements log for the current week, click ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS THIS WEEK.
The current week's acknowledgement log will be displayed in the Acknowledgement Log section.
4. To view the acknowledgements based on the entered data range and selected user, enter the date range in the From and To fields.
5. Select the username for which you wish to view the acknowledgements from the User Filter drop down list.
6. Click ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS FILTER.
The acknowledgements for the filter criteria will be displayed in the Acknowledgement Log section.
