To have access to the DaFeeder, we require every accounts created to have a unique username as well as secure password. For security purposes, we encrypt and store all the passwords but unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve the original un-encrypted password. Thus, when a agent or a representative forget his/her password, they will have to reset it either by contacting MeloTel Support or they are able to do so themselves.
Two ways to reset and change your password without having to contact MeloTel Support:

You may want to change your password because you may have forgotten your password or lost your password or want to change to a new one for security reasons. You can reset your DaFeeder account password. There are three ways to change a password:
Resetting Password at Login
This first method of resetting your password is meant for agents and representatives who have forgotten their current password. When the agents are unable to log into DaFeeder and cannot remember their existing password, they will be able to reset the password to a new one by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the URL https://demo.dafeeder.com/
The DaFeeder login page will be displayed.
2. Click Forgot your password?.
The Resetting your password dialog will be displayed.
3. Enter your DaFeeder username and email address in the respective fields and click Send Email.

Updating Password from User Profile
The second method to modify your an existing password is through the DaFeeder after having logged in. After logging in, go to the profile management tab from the dashboard by clicking on the User icon.
In the subsequent window, the agent is able to manually change his password by confirming his old password and entering the new desired password as shown below.

Get Owner Role User to Reset Password
The third and last method of changing a user's password is to get another user with Owner role to change the password for an Agent role user.
To change the password of another user, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to SYSTEM > USERS.
The USER MANAGEMENT page will be displayed.
2. In the ACTIVE USERS section, click the username for which you wish to change the password.
The EDIT USER dialog will be displayed.
3. Enter the new password in the Password field and click Change.
Note: If you click EDIT USER instead of clicking Change, the new password will not be saved.
A confirmation message will be displayed and the password of the selected user account will be changed.
