This feature its useful for an Agent when he/she changes workstation or office, but still be able to make call on their extension.

When enabled, every time you log in to DaFeeder it will prompt you to set your extension like the image below

You can find Hot Desking by navigating through SYSTEM >> PLUGINS

Under the Installed Plugins section, it displays the available plugins for DaFeeder and their status. This is where you choose to activate or deactivate a plugin on your DaFeeder. Each plugin contains an official name and a brief description.

Simply Image Removed or Image Removed according to your needs and finish by Image RemovedThe Hot Desking plugin allows agent to modify their extension number, when they change workstations, to make calls in DaFeeder from any of MeloTel's provided extensions. When this plugin is enabled, immediately after logging into DaFeeder the agent will be prompted to set their extension number.

To view the Hot Desking plugin, follow the steps given below:

1.  Navigate to SYSTEM > PLUGINS.

The Plugins page will be displayed.
