Appointment Settings

Setting appointments can be done in a number of scenarios. The idea is to use MeloText to schedule automated telephone calls between two numbers. The Contact and the Presenter.

This can be used in certain situations where an Agent is making opening sales calls to see if Contact is interested in setting an appointment with the Presenter. This is a common practice for appointment setters who have an Opener and Closer scenario.

  1. Agent schedules a telephone consultation appointment between the Contact and Presenter at 3pm for Friday.
