You can view the log of acknowledgements. To do so, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to Logs > System Log.
The TODAYS CALL LOG screen will be displayed.

The Acknowledgement Log will be displayed.
navigate to LOGS > SYSTEM LOG.
You could also filter by privilege or by user, but for this scenario we will use None.
Acknowledgements in the Last hour
Select the (
) radio button, pick an Interval, by default (
) is selected, then click on (
).
This will generate the acknowledgement log for the last hour, and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
In the Views per User and Acknowledgement section, if we click on the Count number, we can see the date in which the acknowledgement was accepted
Acknowledgements from Today
To view the acknowledgements log for today, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
This will generate the acknowledgement log from today, and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
Acknowledgements from Yesterday
To view the acknowledgements log for yesterday, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
This will generate the acknowledgement log from yesterdays, and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
Acknowledgements from This week
To view the acknowledgements log for this week, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
This will generate the acknowledgement log from this week, and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
Acknowledgements from This month
To view the acknowledgements log for this month, select the (
) radio button then click on ().
This will generate the acknowledgement log from this month, and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
Acknowledgements from Custom time-frame
To view the acknowledgements log for custom dates, select the (
) radio button, enter the dates you want logs for, then click on (). Below is an example of acknowledgements logs from yesterday and today.
This will generate the acknowledgement log from the custom time frame, and will be displayed in the View Count Per Acknowledgement and Views per User and Acknowledgement section.
