When working in The language barrier queue is a special queue in DaFeeder where the agents can deal with the leads that have been dispositioned with the Move to Language Barrier Queue action.
When working on any campaign, and if a lead presents itself as a difficult language barrier, a disposition can be created to remove copy that lead from that campaign and add it to the language barrier queue. All leads that have been dispositioned from any campaign as language barrier, will be placed into the language barrier queue and can be worked on there .
by the agents assigned to that special queue.
When exporting reports, the leads dispositioned as Language Barrier, will still be displayed in the original campaign export as well as in the Spanish Queue report.
