When working in any queue, and The language barrier queue is a special queue in DaFeeder where the agents can deal with the leads that have been dispositioned with the Move to Language Barrier Queue action.
When working on any campaign, if a lead presents itself as a difficult language barrier, a disposition can be created to remove copy that lead from that campaign and add it to the language barrier queue. All leads that have been selected dispositioned from any campaign as language barrier, will be placed into the language barrier queue and can be worked on there .For example in your office you may have representatives who can only speak English, perhaps you have one representative who can speak French. Any lead disposition with the action 'Move to Language Barrier Queue' can be worked on the person able to speak that language fluentlyby the agents assigned to that special queue.
When exporting reports, the leads dispositioned as Language Barrier, will still be displayed in the original campaign export as well as in the Spanish Queue report.
