The My Log section under the Logs tab provides a detailed view of all the leads a user has worked on. My Log provides details of the agent that is logged in. My Log displays an agents usage split in two categories, Campaign Log and User Log.
Campaign Log
Campaign Log provides a history of all the campaigns an agent has worked in.
- Day: The date the campaign was in use.
- Campaign: Name of the campaign where the leads came from.
- Calls Count: Amount of calls made from that campaign.
It then displays Time of call, Caller ID that was sent and which number was called.
User Log
User Log provides a history view of all the leads the agent had worked with.
- Date: Time and date stamps when the lead was dispositioned.
- Lead ID: To identify which specific lead and it is clickable to direct view it the lead.
- Disposition: The result of the call to the lead, example "No Answer", "Interested", "Call Back", etc.
- Campaign: Where the lead was fed from.
- Next: When list its greater than 100 results.
Using the example below, you can identify the date when you opened a campaign and how many calls you did from it, showing the time from the call, from who (your caller ID) and to who (client phone number).
Example: I can see that on the 11th of June,2019 I did 1 call from the Campaign MeloTel Retail Leads.
The call was at 17:20 from My Company 416-XXX-XXXX to Client Number 647-XXX-XXXX
Also, you can track individuals leads ID and see the date of the call, the disposition that was set and from what campaign.
Example: I can see that on the 12th of June, 2019 at 3:06 PM viewed Lead ID 13 and dispositioned as Callback from the campaign Large Test Campaign
The Logs section keeps the registry of activities specific to user and/or system. You can view four types of log sub-sections.
