You can add a province and set call recording preference using this option. To add a province, follow the steps given below:
1. Navigate to CAMPAIGNS > CONTROLS> PROVINCE.
Add province The ADD PROVINCE page will be displayed.
Refer to the table below for field descriptions:
Action | Description |
Province/State Name | Refers to the name of the province. |
Call Recording | Specifies whether or not call recording is enabled for the province. Legalities of call recording should be investigated and followed prior to adding the Province/State. |
Starting Hour | Refers to the earliest time at which agents are permitted to load the campaign in their own timezone using a 24 hour clock format. For example: Businesses in Ontario do not typically open until after 09:00. So calling Starting Hour, for Ontario, should be set to 09:00. Since Alberta is 2 hours behind, calling Starting Hour should be set for 11:00 EST, which means calls in Alberta will start at 9:00 AM GMT. |
2. Enter the name of province in the Province/State Name field.

The new province will be added and displayed in the PROVINCES section.
