Feature: Display Public Callback Disposition Count on Leads
A new field has been added to a lead that will show how many time a lead was dispositioned with the Public Callback disposition.
Feature: Display Total Call Count on Campaign Exports
Added “Call Count” column for disposition type exports.
Disposition type exports are:
Event
Appointment
Today
Yesterday
Feature: Ability to Add Leads on Campaigns with no Available Leads
Callers are now able to manually add leads in a campaign that has no available leads. An “Add Lead“ button will be displayed at the top of the page when you try feeding from a campaign with no available leads.
Bug Fix: Reworked Lead Searching
When a user (any privileges) search for a lead, the result will only return leads from campaigns assigned to them and leads that have a private callback in their calendar.
Bug Fix: Viewing Soft Deleted Campaigns
When viewing campaigns that had previously been soft deleted in the Controls page, a pop up notification would constantly appear reporting Error 403.
Bug Fix: External Links not Opening Properly on Feeding Page
If a lead was fed that contained a URL link, clicking on Visit would not open the proper web page if 'https' was not added to the URL.
Bug Fix: Caller not able to View Transferred Callbacks
If callbacks are transferred to a caller and he was not assigned to the campaign of the callback, the caller would not be able to view the lead with the callback.
