The DaFeeder engine can sometimes fail if resources are over utilized for the account. To solve this, click on Restart Engine to restore performance.

In the event the engine stops feeding leads, MeloTel agents would need to restart the DaFeeder engine. This ability has been integrated in the latest version of DaFeeder to allow for an expedited service restart. This should only be used when experiencing problems with the feeding page such as; slowness loading a lead, dispositioning a lead or viewing a lead directly. Restarting the engine should only be performed if multiple users are experiencing an issue with the feeding page. Restarting the engine ensures that the feeding page will perform as expected. 

However restarting the engine will also interrupt all leads being viewed, and they become undispositionable. After an engine restart all users must refresh the feeding page.
