This feature its useful for an agent The Hot Desking plugin allows agent to modify their extension number, when they change workstations, allowing them the ability to modify their extension number to make calls in DaFeeder from any of MeloTel's provided extensions.
When this plugin is enabled, immediately after logging into DaFeeder the agent will be prompted to set their extension number.

The To view the Hot Desking plugin can be found by navigating through SYSTEM >> PLUGINS
Under the Installed Plugins section, it displays the available plugins for DaFeeder and their status. This is where configuration to activate or deactivate a plugin in DaFeeder is found. Each plugin contains an official name and a brief description.
