The System Log page will generate a customize section generates and displays a customized call log report from all or selected users. This report can be very useful for managers to get an idea of how many calls and how effective the a user is for each campaign that the user has worked on.
You can find system logs by navigating to Logs >> System Log.
Todays Call Log
To see a report, select and option to view the report on the page or to download it to a CSV file. Narrow down the report by date range and/or to a specific user by selecting their name in the drop-down list. Then select FILTER to generate the report.
If display filter in CSV File was selected, a new window will pop-up prompting to either open the file with a specific program or to save file.
Types of filters
Pre-defined Filters will make narrowing the results easier. Select the different values available to build the required report. The ones listed are typically the most popular reports.
See the following filters with their description and the type of report generated when selected.
Filter: Will give provide an overall report according to the date range selected and/or the User filter.
Today calls: Will provide a report from the current date time.
Calls last 60 minutes: Will provide a report from the past 60 minutes.
Yesterday calls: Will provide a report for the previous day.
Calls this week: Will provide a report for the current week.
Calls this month: Will provide a report for the current month.
Dispositions this month: Will provide a report with all the disposition available with the amount per disposition used for the current month.
All mentioned above reports will provide the data with the following information broken into two categories, Stats by campaign and Call Log.
Stats by campaign
Will show the different campaign name that was used and the amount of calls per campaign.
This area will have the following completed fields-
Campaign: This is the different campaigns names that were used for the created filter
Calls: This is the amount of calls made to each campaign.
Calls Log
Will show the information separated by column (see below for description of this columns) and by individual Users
Day: Timestamp in which a campaign was used.
Campaign: The name of the specific campaign, if a User used more then 1 campaign it will be listed here.
Count: The amount of calls initiated for that specific campaign.
Ok/Neg: Will mark answered calls versus anything else.
Disposition: A break down of each available disposition.
Count: A count of how many time each disposition were used.
LAST CALLS BY USER Filter
When this filter is used it will display the report of the last call made by all users. Displaying information in the following format:
User: This field will list all the users with available last call results.
Campaign: This field will show which campaign the last call by user was made in.
Last Call Time: Will provide the date and time stamp of the last call made for which user in which campaign.
Last Disposition Time: Will provide the time and date stamp of the disposition added to the lead.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS FILTERS
To see what acknowledgement are for, please click Manage Acknowledgements.There are three different acknowledgment filters.
Acknowledgements Filter: Will provide all acknowledgements in the selected date range using the From and To fields to choose the date range in question.
Acknowledgements This Week: Will provide a report of acknowledgment for the current week.
Acknowledgements Today: Will provide a report of acknowledgment for the day.
All mentioned above reports will provide the data with the following information broken into two categories, Stats by campaign and Acknowledgement Log.
Stats by campaign
Stats by campaign will list all the available acknowledgments and a count of how many time users have accepted.
Acknowledgements: Will display the title of the acknowledgment.
Accepted: The total amount of times that particular acknowledgment has been accepted based on the filter selected.
Acknowledgement Log
Acknowledgment Log will provide a break down of the accepted acknowledgments giving information of the title of the acknowledgment, which campaign that acknowledgment is added to, which users have accepted, a time and date stamp of when the acknowledgment was accepted.
User: The User field will be filled in with the title of the acknowledgment, which campaign that acknowledgment is added to, and which users have accepted.
Accepted: Will provide a time and date stamp of when the acknowledgment was accepted.
