The Top Up option provides the ability to add more leads to an existing campaign. Selecting this option will prompt to upload a matching .csv template which will subsequently add more leads to the campaign.
If a phone number in the imported list exists in the campaign already, it will be ignored during the import
Using the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button will create a .csv file that will have the different columns set in the original .csv file. This file that was downloaded will have empty rows, but will also have the exact columns that was used in the original .csv file, using this template is an easy way to populate and to avoid errors. Campaigns can be modified and edited in this section of the DaFeeder. However, modifying the .csv file imported can no longer be changed. It can only be topped up (see Top Up section).
In this window, several options of the campaign can be modified including the calling script, the Campaign Name, Calling Script, Caller ID Display and the , Phone Number. Moreover, an Email Marketing mail can also be created and added to the campaign which will be sent whenever the Email Marketing disposition is used the the representatives working on the campaign., Province, enable or disable Email Marketing, and choose what field from the Campaign template is visible or not for Callers.
This is also the section in which agents/representatives will be assigned to work on the specific campaign. Agents can be added to the campaign by switching the toggle buttons next to the agentsagent' namess name.
Finalize All Changes
After selecting all agents to work on the campaign, scroll down and select Edit Campaign to save the changes.
