In this section you can manage the different campaigns that you have been uploaded already added to the DaFeeder. Following the addition of a campaign and after assigning agents to that campaign, you can return to it, modify and manage the campaign at a later time.The management of campaigns is done under Campaigns → .
Find your list of campaigns by selecting Campaigns >> List Campaigns.
You will see a window similar to the one below with the different options to modify the campaign.
