By selecting a specific user, the Edit User window will popup and here an the user can be edited, fired, view assigned agents or assign new agents and view user management history.

To change the password for the user, you must type the desire password and then click the (Change) located next to Password

Assigning Agents

If you want to to To assign an agent or agents to a manager, select the manager who requires this access and look for the Assign Agents section. In the list of agents available, select all the representatives the manager should be able to view their all private callbacks for.

This will allow the Manager to track all call back from the private callbacks for an Agent.

Example: the User Example Caller will see the call back that Agent MeloTel Support sets on the calendar.
