The Dialing Number Threshold would not allow an agent to call a number more than once within a specified amount of seconds. so the amount of seconds in this section represents the time limit between the calls for a predetermine number of seconds to elaspes.
Engine
If you are experiencing problem the DaFeeder is experiencing problems with the feeding page but everything else works fine, this probably mean the engine has failed. To solve this, you need to click on Restart Engine to restore performance.
This should only be use used when you are experiencing problems or slowness with the feeding page (loading a lead, dispositioning a lead or direct viewing a lead).
Restarting the engine should only be performed if multiple users are experiencing an issue with the feeding page.
Restarting the engine makes sure that the feeding page work properly again, it also interrupts all leads being viewed, and they become undispositionable. Therefor, after an engine restart all users must refresh the feeding page.
In cases where able to, it is recommended to provide notice to all representatives working in DaFeeder as after performing an engine restart service will be interrupted and work/leads will be lost.
