The purpose of the calendar is to give users of the DaFeeder a visual representation of their private callbacks and easily see the scheduled leads for callback. This provides the agents an insight of what to expect on a particular day, thus one can plan ahead how to schedule the day.

To access the calendar, select the calendar icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.


Upon entering the calendar, the current month is displayed by default along with any or all leads set as a Private Callback on their rightful dates with their scheduled times

The default view for callbacks is Calendar Month view. All your leads within that month will appear on the scheduled callback day. In order of the time of day the callback is scheduled for.

When clicking a callback lead (direct view) from the Calendarcalendar, DaFeeder  DaFeeder will prompt navigate you to the Feed page for that specific lead. Once a disposition have been made, it will prompt navigate back to the Calendar page.

Calendar View

The calendar view for every user will vary depending on the role assigned to that user. To learn more about roles and type of user, click User Management

The caller role in the DaFeeder is a basic one where most privilege is limited and the only callbacks visible are their own. A caller user will not be able to view any other user's callbacks in their calendar as they do not possess the necessary privilege.

An example of the calendar view of a caller user is shown below. All the privates callback appearing in this view is from one single caller and they are marked in green

Privilege: Manager Calendar View

Callers view is limited to their own callbacks. Any private callbacks for the Caller will appear Green as seen below in the screenshot.

Calendar View - Manager

Managers view is limited to their own callbacks and any user who is assigned under their user.

To assign an agent to a manager, follow the following documentation on User Management under the Assigning Agents section.

After having assigned the relevant representatives to the manager, the manager can now view the representative's scheduled callbacks as well as his own in his calendar now. Callbacks that are his will be in green whilst the ones for his representatives will be in blue as shown in the example below.

Privilege: Owner Calendar View

An Owner role in the DaFeeder will provide the user with a full view of everybody's calendar and scheduled callbacks on any particular day. The owner's calendar will contain every callbacks from every agents working on any campaignsManagers will see their own callbacks in Green and their assigned Callers callbacks in Blue.

Owners view sees their own and any user in their organization, even without any assignment.
