In this section you can manage the different campaigns that have been uploaded to the DaFeeder. Following the addition of a campaign and after assigning agents to that campaign, you can return to it, modify and manage the campaign at a later time.

- The Per Disposition chart divides the graph according to the last disposition set on the lead. The disposition type will all depends on the different dispositions one has created in his DaFeeder.
Top Up
The Top Up option allows you provides the ability to add more leads to an existing campaign. Selecting this option will prompt to upload a .csv file which will subsequently add further leads to the campaign.

Note:- When topping up the campaign, make sure that the columns of the uploaded file matches the one used to originally create the campaign.
Recycle
Recycling of a campaign provides the ability to remove
Recycling of a campaign provides the ability to restore previously disposed leads back to an untouched state and the lead will look as if it hasn't been worked on before. All previously
specific dispositions from a lead's history. When you recycle a campaign, you have the option to select which disposed leads specific dispositions in the lead to recycle from that campaign.
For instance, you can recycle all leads from a campaign that have been dispositioned as No Answer Not Interested and the affected leads will all go back to from being in an "untouched" state.a Closed state to being Open once more.
When you select the Recycle option, a window similar to the screenshot below will pop up and you will then have the ability to recycle the leads based on the dispositions you have selected.
An example of how the lead history of a recycled lead will look as follows:
The below screenshot is an example of a lead from a campaign that had the disposition of Not Interested recycled. The disposition is removed completely from the Lead history and is not longer visible. Instead, a Recycled action will now be seen in the lead history with the timestamp at which the recycling was made.
Reports
In this section, you are able to view various reports describing the status, progress, dispositions and several information about the different leads.

This is also the section in which agents/representatives will be assigned to work on the specific campaign. Agents can be added to the campaign by switching the toggle buttons next to the agents' names.
