In this section, you are able to view various reports describing the status, progress, dispositions and several information about the different leads.
ReportThis report will
- export a .csv file which lists all the leads in the campaign and sorts the leads based on their status; Open, In Progress or Closed.
In Progress
- export a .csv file which lists the leads that are in progress and will also provide information on the callback type (public or private) and also the scheduled callback time
Event
- export a .csv file which lists the all the leads in the campaign with the last 4 calls/dispositions set
Appointments
- export a .csv file which lists the all the leads in the campaign with the last 10 calls/dispositions set
Today
- Export a .csv file which lists all the leads that have been actioned today displaying the last 10 calls/dispositions set
Yesterday
- Export a .csv file which lists all the leads that have been actioned yesterday displaying the last 10 calls/dispositions set
Edit Campaign
Campaigns can be modified and edited in this section of the DaFeeder. However, you are unable to modify the .csv file imported once it has been imported.
In this window, several settings of the campaign can be modified including the calling script, the Caller ID Display and the Phone Number. Moreover, an Email Marketing mail can also be created and added to the campaign which will be sent whenever the Email Marketing disposition is used the the representatives working on the campaign.
This is also the section in which agents/representatives will be assigned to work on the specific campaign.
