Public Callbacks

A Public callback callbacks will prompt any user working from that specific campaign the lead with the disposition was added to is in.

All leads are fed by a queue within the campaign.

A public call back callback will veto the queue at the previously selected date and time and make the lead relevant then to anyone working from in that campaign.

A Public callback does callbacks do not appear in anyone's any user's calendar.

Private Callbacks

When a private callback is scheduled the lead will go into the representatives calendar for the previously selected time and date.

All private callbacks can be seen by Callers by viewing their calendar.

By selecting the Calendar icon in the top right hand corner all scheduled private calls backs will be displayed.
