Public CallbacksPublic callbacks
are created when leads are dispositioned as Callback
A Public callback will prompt any user working from that specific campaign the lead with the disposition was added to is in.
All leads are fed by a queue within the campaign.
A public call back will veto the queue at the previously selected date and time and make the lead relevant then to anyone working from that campaign.
A Public callback does not appear in anyone's calendar.
By selecting the Calendar icon in the top right hand corner all scheduled private calls backs will be displayed.
