When working in any queue, and a lead presents itself as a difficult language barrier, a disposition can be created to remove that lead from that campaign and add it to the language barrier queue.

All leads that have been selected from any campaign as language barrier, will be placed into the language barrier queue and can be worked on there.

For example in your office you may have representatives who can only speak English, perhaps you have one representative who can speak French. Any lead disposition with the action 'Move to Language Barrier Queue' can be worked on the person able to speak that language fluently.
