All leads that have been dispositioned from any campaign as language barrier, will be placed into the language barrier queue and can be worked on there.
Not everyone will has access to the Language Barrier Queue, this access must be granted on a per user level. You can give access by selecting the users name and selecting yes uder Language Barrier Queue.
This can also be done upon creating a new user.
When exporting reports, the leads dispositioned as Language Barrier, will still be displayed in the original campaign export as well as in the Spanish Queue report.
