You can download voicemail and listen to it. To view and download voice mail, follow the steps given below.
Navigate to Log and select the Voicemail option from the Actions drop down list.
The voicemail list will be displayed.
Click Read button in the row of the voice mail you wish to download.
Note: This button may not show depending on the system as some systems are not equipped with transcription abilities. If you don’t see the ‘Read’ button, no worries you can just listen to the voicemail.
The selected voicemail will be displayed.
Click Download link to download/listen to the selected voicemail.
The selected voicemail will be played on your system.
