The Do Not Calls section display a list of number that user have set as DNC (Do Not Call). This means, an Agent cannot call withing Dafeeder a number set as DNC even if the lead was fed or searched.

There is an option to also prevent Agent calling a DNC number outside Dafeeder, and we will explain this further on

To configure Do Not Calls, follow the steps given below:

1. Navigate to Controls > Do Not Calls
The Do Not Calls page will display

2. Overview Section
Displays all the number that have been set as DNC in Dafeeder. It will sort by recently added DNC, or you can search a specific number by using the Search engine on the right side.
You can also show set the amount of DNC number (10, 25, 50 or 100) per page, using the Show drop down section on the left side

Phone number

The phone number added to the DNC list

Lead ID

The lead number from the DNC number that was added

Source

The disposition source that was used to add the number to DNC

By User

The User name who added the number to DNC

Synced At

If the Syncing is enabled, it will display the date and time from when the DNC number got sync with the VoIP Control Panel DNC list.
If the Syncing is disabled or did not finish the syncing, it will display TBA (To Be Announced)

Added At

The date and time when the DNC number was added
