Refer to the table below for field descriptions:
Fields | Description |
Disposition Name | Refers to the name to describe the use of the action |
Action Type | Refers to the action to execute the lead after a disposition has been made |
| Actions | Indicate what the action type will do to the lead: Closing or Progress |
Seen in Callback | Specifies whether or not the disposition will be available when the lead is fed back for callback. |
Conversion | Specifies whether or not selecting this disposition is considered as a sales conversion. |

3. Select the action, seen in callback and conversion of the disposition from the Action, Seen In Callback and Conversion fields respectively.
4. Select the action type you want for this disposition. Click on Add Action to add the action.
5. Click Add Disposition
The disposition will be added with its specific ID number and setup and displayed in the DISPOSITIONS section.
